Inspiring book,August 28, 2011
As someone who has self esteem issues I can say that I have read many self-help books. The Self Help Bible differs from most with its simplicity and easy to follow attitude. It really helps and it does so in a concise manner.
I came across this book during my own quest for improved self-confidence and self esteem. My first impressions where that this book is a, short and b, written in simple terms that are easy to read (no long winded psycho babble to be found in these pages). Beyond that the techniques described are very easy to apply and even better actually work, I have put several of the techniques into practice over the last week and already my confidence has improved to the point where I can now sit and write this review, not something I would have readily done even as recently as last week.
There are several simple exercises and techniques focussing on several different aspects of self image and confidence building throughout the book and the author uses these well. These do require a degree of self-honesty to complete but let’s face it if you wish to become more confident you need to remind yourself of a few home truths along the way. Having said all of that I left this book with a smile on my face and the knowledge that I can make the changes necessary.
I would recommend this book to anyone who is struggling with self confidence or self esteem issues. I have read it twice now in a week (the beauty of it being short is that you can quickly read it again) and intend to continue to use it on an ongoing basis. My self confidence has improved somewhat but more work to be done.

I bought this book after spending hours on the internet and in book shops looking for something to help me, and this one really hits the spot. It is so easy to read, there are no big scientific words you need to look up to understand, and it flows from page to page,and before you know it you have read it. It answered so many questions I had floating around in my head, why do I feel like this, how can I turn things around.
On reading the whole book things became so much clearer, and with following the advice and doing the very easy exercises I have noticed a big differnce in how I feel in myself and how I look at everyday things. I have only been doing this for two weeks and I feel so much better. So if you want to make a change to yourself and become more self confident in your everyday life than this is the book for you. You don’t need to spend big money on books with two, three hundred pages that you struggle to read, just get this one and its job done. I have also found it has helped me with other issues I have had, ie negative thinking and worrying, and helped me to understand why I am like this and where it has come from.
I know without a doubt that if I hadnt have bought this book I would still be feeling the same old me, not the more confident and self lifted person that I am today. I will most definitely be buying all the Self help bibles because I want to better myself and become a better person.
If you want to change for the better then spend small amount of money on this book and get a masive self reward. IT WORKS

I recommend this book even if you don’t have low self esteem. This book just makes a person feel good about themselves in general. It has help me a lot, it gives you a peace in the mind. I love this book, highly recommend it.
